The One Where Ayana Explains MICROAGGRESSIONS
There's this thing people say or do when they don't want you to know that they're quietly judging you for your immutable characteristics--microaggressive behavior--it's quietly announcing you're sexist or racist or homophobic, and those microaggressions are present in all facets of our lives and are destroying relationships and workplaces.  Unfortunately, people would rather do nothing than something because doing something means confronting the ugliness inside them and that's, well, frightening.  Change is a big word for Elmo and confronting the bad parts of you and changing them is not easy but queasy.  YOU CAN DO IT!  YES YOU CAN!  Or else.  Microagressions: They're not so small after all.
